"I have known Joe McHugh as a contractor for over 20 years. He renovated my first condo at Flagship Wharf in Charlestown and never left the building for over 10 years as he kept getting referred to other projects.

He was the only contractor that did excellent work, paid attention to detail and most importantly took the time to understand and work within the common areas of each owner's condo to the satisfaction of a very strict Board of Trustees.
